DHD Meal

This page explains how DHD Meal users can request deletion of their account access or associated app data. DHD Meal is an internal meal booking and QR verification app for authorized DHD Infracon Pvt. Ltd users.

How to Request Deletion

To request account or data deletion, email Tangible Softtech Solution or contact your DHD Infracon organization administrator. Please include enough information for us to identify your account.

Information to Include

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address or employee identifier
  • Your organization or canteen name, if applicable
  • Whether you want account access deleted, app data deleted, or both

Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on the request and organizational requirements, deletion may include account access details, profile information, meal booking records, QR verification records, and related app data associated with the user.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business operations, audit, safety, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or canteen administration. Retained records will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the requester and the associated organization account. If more information is required, we may contact you using the email address provided in the request.
